Mean Girls actress' dad opens up about daughter's drug demons

SHE'S been in and out of rehab.

 

Lindsay Lohan first landed in serious trouble with drugs aged only 18, according to reports by The Sun.

The troubled actress' dad has opened up about his daughter's first cocaine overdose.

“I was so angry I got a gun from the house and planned to go to New Orleans to kill him," said Michael Lohan.

While Michael claims the Mean Girls actress was aged only 18 at the time, Lindsay insisted in a recent interview with Piers Morgan that she didn't dabble in the drug until she was 20.

Lindsay is currently detained in a Los Angeles rehab centre - Cliffside Malibu - as she continues her battle against various addictions.

Let's hope she's FINALLY on the road to recovery.
