Helen Flanagan's has hit back at reports that she's self harming.

The former I'm A Celeb campmate hit Twitter with an angry response after a picture she posted of herself with a scratched chest caused concern.

She wrote: "There is no words. Really there is no words. Self harm? Are you sure. FFS. I had a f**king scratchy chest."

The former Coronation Street actress added: "I won't even justify this sh*t with an explanation."

Helen has had a tough few weeks which added to the worry for the star's health.

However, it seems we've got nothing to be concerned about.
